ANYWHO.
The humidity and heat is ramping up here in LA! I may or may not be melting...leaning more towards may. It is so stinkin hot! There are moments that I just want to die and I ask myself why I am doing this! Hahah My poor new companion is going to think I am hecka crazy! Poor thing!
This week we were able to find a wonderful part member family nestled away in the very edge of our area. Like they literally live across the street from the ward boundary. The daughter Cassie is 15 and has a desire to learn and be baptized. We are praying that we can make that possible. Sister Soto will be leaving, and new sister coming in, so together we will work hard and accomplish all we can in this area. Cassie's mom, Sister Jerrie Craig, also wants Cassie to be baptized and knows that they both need to come back to church. They are very sweet!
We have also been walking around a lot trying to find some people and follow up with the ones that have showed even minimal amounts of interest. So much fun! 
No it really is worth it at the end of the day and you take your sweaty clothes and shoes off to find a nice farmer's tan on your arms and blisters on your feet because you have been walking in the sun for so long. Then you PASS out on your bed, wake up the next morning sore, and then do it all over again!
I only get to do that for 44 more days. Mixed feelings about that.
