You are going to be a great missionary!!!
I am also VERY excited that I am actually going to be coming home on July 19th! Things have been in a sort limbo these past couple weeks waiting to hear what the verdict would be. I am excited that it is going to work out so that I can at least see Ryno in person before he departs for two years. AHHH!! So excited!!
I am excited to see the rest of you too! I promise.

General Conference this weekend was fabulous! I continued my practice of writing three questions that I was looking for the answer to, and then prayed for them to be answered by the speakers. And as always, they were... in the first session! And then re answered throughout the conference! God truly does answer His children's prayers!
I think my favorite part was the shout outs to missionaries! Sister Allred and I looked at each other each time and just smiled and gave each other knuckles! It feels good to be one of His servants!
My favorite nonspiritual part was seeing Buddy admiring Sweet Whimsy Cakes cake on the World Report. I got so excited and started squealing "THAT'S MY MOM'S CAKE!!!" Heather was kind enough to send that to Mom, along with other candid pictures of me. She is funny.
Rather than just writing out what I said this week, I wanted to send you some quotes of what others said this week! Here are some of them:
Setting the scene: Sister Allred and I sitting across from each other, planning for the day. Sister Allred looks up as I am talking in a weird voice as per usual during planning and says,
"Your teeth, nose, and eyes are like very integral parts of your personality. You use them together very well."
...Thanks...? Hahaha. She said that my teeth make up part of my personality and that my nose and eyes add to the expression of that personality. I thought that was funny. I proceeded to make faces at her trying to make all three work together on demand. We were both crying by the end of it.
Setting the scene: We are moving Sister Kuck from her apartment to a house down in Purvis. I am lifting one side of a dresser when suddenly Reo Grover Sr comes up behind me, grabs my bicep and says "You're strong enough to life a cow" while nodding his head in approval. He is a retired dairy farmer and thus is very biased in what kind of vet I choose to become (small animal vs large animal) His comment was followed by some teasing and challenging to see if I was as strong as him, and thus could actually lift a cow. Me taking heavy things from him and saying that I didn't want him to pull his back out and him taking things from me and saying he couldn't let a lady carry such stuff.
We have good times together!

Setting the scene: We are visiting one of our investigators, Patrick, when Sister Allred offers our help in building up his terraces for his garden (he is trying to terrace plant) and then offers MY help in lifting any heavy things since I am "pretty strong". Patrick looks at me with his eyebrow raised and says, "She keeps saying that. What are you, Russian?"

Setting the scene: We are at the Jarman's having dinner. Brother Jarman and I are "arguing" over something I can't even remember now. He looks at me all serious and says "Daughter!"
I look at him, bat my eyelash and say "Father?"
Sister Jarman was laughing at that one. Both of us (Brother Jarman and I) are pretty good at "arguing" with each other. We just poke at each other and laugh. Pops (Sister Jarman's father that lives with them) also is a good sparring companion. Funny family!
This was a good week! I am having a lot of fun! Referring to the letter that my Mom and Dad got about my departure date, these last few months are shaping up to be the best of my mission! I am so happy to be a missionary! It truly is a fabulously wonderful experience!!
LOVE Y'ALL!!!
